Feed the People, Not the Ducks

After my duck-feeding plans were thwarted, I used the stale bread to make this bread pudding recipe. I think it's a pretty good recipe; next time I would use larger pieces of bread, because there was essentially a layer of scrambled egg stuff on the bottom, try to substitute some brown sugar for the white, and maybe cook it a minute or two longer. This made a good amount for one person, not to eat in one sitting (unless you want to), but it definitely reheats well, and there's not so much of it that you'd be eating it until you get sick.

Making recipes that feed one person well without spoiling is relevant to my interests, so I'll be posting them here from time to time.
